Abandoned !

I have found Eze Group to be a company that will promise much but deliver little
Like all companies dealing in and around Timeshare they are QUESTIONABLE. I have just read that EZEGROUP are closing come 16June 2018, but any attempt to contact them and discuss this statement - which appears on their website - is impossible.
I have phoned, a Tenerife number at least 15 times and got no reply at all. I have Emailed 2 addresses and again no response. I have even sent an SMS message - with the same result - SILENCE.
I even phoned Birmingham only to find that the number given is no longer available.
Certain websites under the EZEGROUP umbrella are no longer available.
The EZEGROUP Login website leaves one devoid of confidence:
IMPORTANT Message We are sorry to inform you that Eze Group is closing on 16 June 2018. If you have any Cashback please ensure that you have withdrawn it by this date. Thank you for using Eze Group.

It would appear that Clients, with a need to communicate, are surplus to requirement. They have your money so JOB DONE.
Customer Service from EZE GROUP DOES NOT EXIST and if we are to believe their IMPORTANT MESSAGE neither will EZEGROUP come 16th June 2018.
The ONE STAR rating I have given is too generous.

My sister was offered a free holiday in …

My sister was offered a free holiday in Tenerife if we would attend a meeting with EZE group.We where met by a nice lad called Ewan and decided we did not want to buy any products. Then came his boss who was the rudest bossiest man ever. I would never buy a thing from this man ...I am aware they are in sales but there are sales and there are bullys ...I hope no one else ever has to encounter this man who supposedly is regional manager for all of Tenerife ...Oh just to add I was complaining about the state of the free accomodation that we where put in and was told that if we accept a free holiday what would we expect. ..also we where told it has nothing to do with them as this was done through a marketing group called Dreamland Breaks but EZE group also trade under this name ...hate Liars and
