Great customer service on the helpline
They have great customer service on their helpline. Any issue I have had with my medication or my pharmacy has been handled by employees who genuinely care about my happiness and solving the problem. I get a call back the same day if I hang up the phone while I’m waiting for someone to pick up. I also enjoy the fact that I can just send a text message to the helpline if I don’t feel like talking to someone and I get a response within an hour most of the time. My doctor has helped me a lot but I do wish that she was more attentive when it comes to answering the helpline’s reminders. I had to wait 2 weeks for her to switch a medication that wasn’t working because she wasn’t answering the messages they were sending to her.

The best experience with an online clinic I have had. From booking my appointment to picking up my prescription in less than 48 hours! Positive experience in every aspect
I won’t lie, I was a bit skeptical about this process, especially having to pay for the visit before knowing the outcome. But I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I had a prior prescription for years, but my local physician retired. I was struggling to find a replacement doctor and stumbled upon this as an alternative during my search. I literally was able to pick up my script at a local CVS within 90 minutes of my appointment. I would absolutely recommend and will without a doubt be a returning customer.

My experience with this company and the Dr.s was great. The customer service was excellent. Every time I had a concern about my appointment the scheduling and customer service were outstanding! The doctors care and listen to you. My only issue was with having to be rescheduled a series of times for the same appointment as the providers kept canceling out ! But like I said customer service and scheduling were great to help. And my prescriptions have been sent on the same day as well! Awesome. I think there should be discounts for people who are returning patients every month....just a suggestion. Like a "loyalty point program ". Thank you for all the help!
