I have compound ptsd and have had the same female dr since the beginning. My dr was not “available.” The one request I had was to not have a male doctor. It is a trigger for a reason. That was not important to them. They ignored my request and assigned a male doctor. I told them this would not work, FOR MY MENTAL HEALTH, I needed a female doctor. They told me no worries. The next day, I get a phone call, it is a male doctor— AS A SURPRISE PHONE VISIT.
He was also offices out of Austin which is too far away for my controlled meds for me, in Houston- the pharmacies here are REFUSING to fill because it is too far away. The ones that would, are out. I
have used EZMed for 6 months. They do not use video calls, as they are supposed to, the doctor’s visits are a joke, lasting less than 5 minutes. It wasn’t that bad when I had my assigned doctor, she made it a point to get health history and such.
I also paid extra for “better script management.” This has not happened. They ignore my requests. Im on week 3 of no meds and am at a serious risk of stroke from cold turkey removal of medication. They will not answer me back. They do not care for your mental health. It took a lot of mental and physical stress to get me to write a review online. PLEASE, please do not trust your mental and physical health to this company. They are not here to help patients, they are of course, as they have reminded me now, a business. They took my money, have ignored my requests for help, ignored the one trigger that I told them was the MOST important and have left me without my medication and have refused to change the doctor to a closer doctor and have refused to answer messages to correct this issue.

They will right their wrongs
I recently wrote a negative review due to an issue I had getting my prescription in a timely manner. I have since deleted the negative review. While over the past year of being a customer, I have had some issues, I will admit that EZ care did make it right each and every time. I would like to apologize to EZ Care for reacting negatively. I do wish the customer service was a little bit quicker with their resolutions, however, I will admit they always eventually correct issues which I bring to their attention. On a more positive note, this company is very non judgmental and they will help you in cases where other providers will not. Thank you for putting up with me, EZ Care. I will stay loyal with my patronage.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE
This has been the easiest, stress-free way for me to get help that I actually needed in Ohio that I have been able to find. Happy for first time in a long time!
I am thankful that I finally decided to put myself first and get the help that I desperately needed. I have been putting off seeing a professional for close to a decade. I tried every nootropic , vitamins OTC and " magic"supplement known to man but nothing ever worked. It was getting hard for me to function. My self-esteem was so low because I was unable to be the Mom, the Wife , friend etc that I really wanted to be. The Doctor at EZCare Clinic listened to my symptoms, and was able to come up with a solution that worked !! I felt she really understood !She got it even though it was hard for me to put into words. I really urge anyone suffering in silence to give this a try. Being able to finish what I started for the first time in forever really makes me proud of myself ! My kids noticed that I'm much happier and I don't feel like a waste of space anymore! Thank you easy care for letting me get back to living my life ! It's never too late to put yourself first and take care of your mind.

Saw dr ambrosio Romero 6 days ago. He was great, he listened, and was fast about the process however after receiving my meds the anxiety meds prescribed have not helped once so ever. I have called 3 times now. They have told me they have let the dr know but I have had no call text or email back. I’m starting to feel hopeless as the reason for the appointment was to get help with anxiety. I’ve been off of work the past two days just waiting for a call. Very compassionate clinic
Very compassionate clinic. They listened to me and my personal issues and proffesionally provided the necessary treatment. Most brick and mortar clinics don't even provide half the effort that this team does. Those places treat thier business as a revolving door of peoples problems and add more stress. In the end you walk out feeling like a statistic. That is if you are even lucky to get an appointment. From confirming the appointment to following up with me every step of the way, words can't describe how perfect they made my treatment and made my experience grand. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for listening to me with both ears open and making me feel whole again. A truly wonderful group of doctors and care teams.

Finally, a place with REAL help and genuine staff.
EZCare Clinic has been the best and most helpful place during these difficult times. I began using this company a couple months ago and already feel heard and helped, thanks to Dr. Oleksyuk and Dr. Reichman.
But the one issue I have run into was that I was going to run out of a prescription that would have induced severe withdrawal if I wasn’t seen in time, which is extremely dangerous and concerning on their end.
So I reached out.
The original appointment scheduled for me was 5 days after my medication would have run out. Lina, the patient care executive, was awesome when she quickly (as in within 30 minutes) helped me (via phone call) schedule a very important appointment as soon as possible, which was the next day!!
Despite other reviews I have read mentioning theres a certain “casual” nature and lack of urgency with the approach of some providers, they do not reflect my experience and understanding of what this company can and will do for you. My providers are awesome, and even make me laugh, which is a difficult thing to do!
Thank you EZCare for all you do for me and helping to improve my mental health. And a special shout-out to Lina, she deserves some recognition!
