Just a horrible "business" that is unprofessional.
-sells services when they're too busy
-they don't tell you this, they just leave your order pending and take your money
-after hours of complaining, they offer a refund
-they dont refund you, so you have to contact them again
-they continue to lead you on, while not refunding
-3 days later they haven't attempted to refund to me on Paypal (takes 30 seconds to do, I even sent an invoice so it's easier)
