This is a waste of money. I had a question on acceptable documentation. On the email received upon signing up, there is a link to click if you have questions. It provides you with am email address. So I sent an email with my question. They appear to have bots responding, because when I responded to thier reply asking for more clarification, I got the same long copy and paste that comes in your packet download. So, basically, will still need to go down to the Social Security office. Wasted 65.00. I cannot even find a place to request a refund. Just do it yourself.
