Non existent customer support
Non existent customer support, and an unsuitable case for expensive glasses. The case was too small for the glasses - the lid presses the 'temple' pieces down onto the lenses before it could shut . Also the 2 magnetic clip-on shaded lenses that come with the glasses have to be stored separately in a thin flimsy bag, giving no support, so they bend easily. These were expensive 'Defender' branded glasses, but storage was an afterthought. I emailed eye-space-eyewear with photos showing how the glasses were being bent down by the lid. I politely asked for a bigger hard case that's up to the job for their glasses. But they blanked me, ignored my complaint.
