The beautiful green contacts on your website are nothing like the two boxes you sent me. So, now I have two boxes of lenses that I paid for and will never wear.

My experience was great because the contact lenses are very comfortable, even for sensitive eyes like mine, and they feel natural when wearing them. I loved the wide variety of colors, which allowed me to choose some that I really liked, and the order arrived quickly and in perfect condition, nicely packaged.😍✨

I got 3 different pairs and they all were perfect!! Unpoken Blue, Stormy Blue, and Vintage Haze. They fit great, great quality lenses! Also the colors complement me very well. I naturally have green eyes so it was super fun to branch out.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and they haven't even shipped. I have sent emails and tried to do a chat but I don't get a response.

My favorite pair of lenses are electric, amethyst, and profound blue, I’ve always had an a positive experience with a brand and customer service have always been prompt to reply replying to me and addressing my concerns

I am usually irritated with contact lenses but these are really comfy for long periods of time! 💓 i love the designs and colors!

I would really like a refund. I bought the glasses a long time ago, and there was always a problem with the delivery. They kept saying they were on their way, but if they have my number, why don't they call me and tell me they're going to leave them at my house and take a picture? They didn't do anything. They always ask for the tracking number, but they never do anything to help. There's no number to call to get an answer. I placed the order in November, so I don't know what's going on. I would like my money back.

I am obsessed with my contact lenses from Eyefav since they are soft and comfortable, from the few pairs I have I would say medow green 💚 are my favorite, I highly recommend this brand ❤️
