Almost scammed for $80, avoid!
Ordered some contact lenses for $80 through their online store only to be told, via an unofficial looking email and after payment had been made, that they couldn't send them without seeing a copy of my prescription. Fair enough.
I asked for a refund and was told I would get one. After a month had passed I realised that I was still waiting.
Having spent hours scouring bank statements and aligning transaction dates and times - realised that the payment had been made to the principal opticians 'investment trust', nothing to do with Eyes and Vision which made it so difficult to track down. Had to open a dispute to reclaim money from Commbank. Avoid this company.
