I had a little issue with my shipment, so I reached out to FreshGo's customer service. Sean was the friendly representative who assisted me. He responded quickly and resolved my problem efficiently. My contacts arrived safely, and I am really happy with how beautiful and comfortable they are!

Hey girlies! I'm about to put you on and this review is coming from a fashion junky who loves finding new styles to fit my everyday looks to match my many moods. It's as simple as changing your lip color to changing your eye color! Yes! You heard me, CHANGING YOUR EYE COLOR! Freshgo is my all-time favorite go to colored eye contact vendor slash PLUG! Their prices are the most affordable and they have a wide variety of exotic and natural colors to slay any look! I literally wear them every day and I alternate between whatever color matches my moods. They even have contacts for you anime junkies. The deals are always popping and if you are a prescription girly, you can choose your prescription power to fit your needs and you'll always be a head turner when rocking your new eyes for ANY OCCASION. I call them eye wigs LOL, now that's tea! Get into it! I promise you won't shop anywhere else with their super fast shipping (2-5 days) for US warehouse products and even If you choose a color not based here in the US, their over seas shipping is about (8-12) days! You can't beat that! I've NEVER received a pair I didn't LOVE. The colors are poppin and the show ain't stoppin when you step out in Freshgo colored contacts. Now that's tea!

I hate writing reviews like this. I don’t know if this company is paying women to say that their contacts look natural. The contacts do not look natural it looks like a Halloween costume! They are horrible! They look so fake! I bought the brown the green and the hazel and each color looked extremely fake! The blending on the contacts were all off! It looked like just swirls of color and not in a good way !! I would really like a refund for these contacts! I emailed the company I am really hoping to hear back from them! I am so frustrated at the way these look. I wish I could put in a picture so the rest of the girls can see what these look like! They look nothing like they do on the advertisement! Do not buy! They look ridiculous! I don’t know how this company is still in business! But I will be calling them tomorrow and I will be emailing them until I get my full refund! I am not happy at all!

I recently contacted the "FreshGo" company regarding the order that I created after posting my honest review. It does not matter to me whether or not I am offered an incentive for a review that I provide because I am only interested in being honest about the products that I purchase. I previously had an awesome experience when I purchased contacts from this company however, I feel that I was contacted by "FreshGo" requesting that I review my purchase in efforts to assist them in "outweighing" other reviews that indicated that the company was not conducting business appropriately, for example customers claimed that they did not receive their orders and that they were being mistreated by "FreshGo" when inquiring about them. I emailed the company twice (within about two weeks' time) regarding the contacts that I was offered as an incentive, and I have not received any response. I was emailed a "Request to Review" the contacts by "Shawn" of "FreshGo". I am not upset with the "FreshGo" company as I have already purchased / placed orders with two other contact lenses companies which I will review once they have arrived. To the employees & owner(s) of "FreshGo": Please feel free to retain the incentivized contact lenses that you did not send me so that you can use them to hopefully see clearly that your mishandled customers today can quickly become another company's loyal customers tomorrow. Please treat your customers fairly so that you do not feel the need to have to offer "free lenses" that you do not intend on sending to individuals that review your products. To all consumers, "remain diligent to your right to receive your orders with the expected contents included and in a timely manner. Do not continue to spend where you will not win!"

I understand that shipments from China take time but mine arrived in 12 days which is fine and not the main topic of my complaint. I ordered the buy 2 get one free deal. One of the colors was extremely unnatural looking and the other was barely noticeable on my brown eyes. The color that added a slight lighting of my eyes was the Khaki brown. The pure hazel and the Spanish real hazel were useless. The Khaki brown looks very unnatural on me but not as bad as the Spanish real hazel. I'm not happy with my purchase and feel Iike I've wasted my money for nothing.

I ordered green contacts and shipping was fast and the lenses fit perfectly. I get so many compliments on my eyes now and rarely do people ask if they're contacts as they look so real. Grateful price to, 3 for 2. I'm sure they'll always be a part of my look.

I've been wearing my new contact lenses for nearly a week: they are very comfortable, and so a new order has just been placed, with different choices to better match my skin tone. This company is a scam DO NOT ORDER
I order my contacts on 5/27 and still have not received them... All I get is Excuses and run around from the company I have to file a claim with MyBank to get my money back... The company tried to blame it on the new tariffs that have been put in place which is alive because I've received other items from China within 3 weeks... According to the investigation my bank has done it given me a fake tracking number. The item shows it stuck somewhere since June 8th Supposedly in the US but if that's the case it should have been delivered... Don't waste your time with this company they are a scam and they need to be closed...This company lies - they do not reply to there "contact us page" they only reply to negative feedback and they do not send any package fedex or ups .I was able to track thrugh some link called- track7 - my package has been in transit for 35 days does that sound like fedex or ups. Plus I check withy local USPS abd was told the only way a package gets stuck like is if the shipping company DIDN'T PAY FEES ie tarrifs the correct shipping; so they are a scam they will have u order and u will NEVER get ur package they lie they never pay $30(for express) of anything.. My bank did a investagtion before my full Refund and confirmed.. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM..I AM FILED A CASE WITH THE BBB - THIS KIND OF FRAUD IS NOT TOLERATED IN THE USA..👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽😡

Some shipping delays but great product.

I have been wearing different brans of lenses to see what feels best and I have to say I LOVE myFreshGo Gray lenses. I get so many compliments!! it's so cook to feel like you get to be a new person every time you change colors. All my colors seem to draw different type of attention. Totally FUN!!! plus a cheap way to re-invent yourself:)
