The upgrade installed on my 2014 Club…

The upgrade installed on my 2014 Club Cart provided by Extreme Kartz was exceptional! One of the easiest installs I’ve ever performed ( minus the awkward position in lifting a 52lb motor)! All cables clearly identified a labeled and that with online instructions any novelist can complete this install in a day.

Great customer service and…

Great customer service and communication. The company sells great products but their customer service sets them apart. The do the little things you don’t expect, they called to let me know my item was delivered and to make sure I was satisfied. I am a returning customer and will be a future customer as well.

Disappointed When I ordered a body kit off the page…

When I ordered a body kit off the page with the silver body pictured, it defaulted and sent me a white one that cost me $240 in shipping to return. When I ordered the suggested dashboard, it defaulted to the dashboard for an. EZ-GO and I had to return that. This all took about two weeks. Now I am having trouble with the light harness and been trying to get that fixed for two weeks. Your website is vague and your customer service system is awful. I could go on but I think you get the point. Maybe you could help get the lights straightened out.

We do want to clarify a few important points for accuracy. The selections for cart model, fitment, and color are made by the customer during the ordering process. Our system does not have the ability to “default” those selections on its own. We work hard to be thorough in how fitment and color options are presented, but it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to carefully review those selections before checkout to ensure the correct options have been chosen.

For customers who are unsure, we also have staff available and willing to help make sure an order is placed correctly through email, phone, chat, and text before the order is submitted.

We also want to note that, although return shipping was involved, we waived the restocking fee on the returned body kit and components as a courtesy.

Regarding your comments about our website being vague and our customer service system being awful, we do take that feedback seriously. At the same time, we want to be clear that our team works very hard to respond quickly and thoroughly. We consistently get back to customers within a few hours, and at most within 1 business day, which is a service standard we have worked diligently to achieve and maintain, even during busy season.

We have also spent the last two months actively working with you across multiple issues tied to this project. Most recently, with the light kit, this issue has not been ignored. Our team has remained involved and has continued working with the manufacturer’s technical support to help troubleshoot the install. We reviewed the photos provided, obtained updated wiring guidance from the manufacturer, passed that information along, and continued following up after the first recommendation did not resolve the issue. Based on the most recent updates, the running lights and turn signals were functioning, while the headlights were still not, and we were actively continuing the troubleshooting process from there.

We absolutely understand how frustrating it is when a project does not go as smoothly as expected. However, it is important to note that we have spent significant time over the course of two months assisting with these concerns, coordinating support, and working toward a resolution.

We agree that the priority is getting the lights straightened out, and we remain committed to helping do that.

With regard to the light kit, this issue has not been ignored. Our team has remained involved and has continued working with the manufacturer’s technical support to help troubleshoot the install. We reviewed the photos provided, obtained updated wiring guidance from the manufacturer, passed that information along, and continued following up after the first recommendation did not resolve the issue. Very Pleased with Extreme Kartz from A-Z

Lithium Battery Conversion

The lead acid batteries in my Club Car were ready to be replaced and I wanted to make the conversion to lithium. I discovered Extreme Kartz online with great battery options and detailed information about how to pick the right option for my cart situation. I had questions about my order and received almost immediate response from the Extreme Kartz team. I didn't need any other accessories at the time, but I noticed they have almost anything I would need for my Club Car and expect to return to them if I ever need anything for my cart.

Don't bother trying to buy something…

Don't bother trying to buy something from this company I've been trying to buy a seat for my golf cart and all I get is AI messages to buy more crap I've sent numerous emails texts with the phone number and they say it'll get back to you within 3 hours or 24 hours. They tell you to leave a voice message on their phone number but all you get is music how you supposed to leave a phone message when you're on hold. This must be another Young Person's company who thinks AI is going to take over customer service for them.

We do use AI as part of our support process, but it is not a replacement for human customer service. It is simply a tool that helps gather information efficiently before a ticket is placed into the hands of our team. In this case, your inquiry was handed directly to our Head of Customer Relations to ensure it was reviewed and handled by a real person.

We replied to each email sent and requested a valid phone number so we could contact you directly. We also returned every call we received from you, but unfortunately those calls were not answered. We were also unable to leave a voicemail because the voicemail box associated with the number that called us was full.

To clarify, our phone system does provide the option to leave a voicemail once the hold ends, and no voicemail was left regarding this matter.

In addition, when we requested a phone number through email, the number provided contained 11 digits, so we were unable to confidently use it as a valid callback number. Our email follow-ups went unanswered, while multiple new tickets were opened instead of replying to the active conversation, which made it more difficult to resolve the matter efficiently.

We want to be clear that our use of AI is intended to improve response efficiency and help us serve every customer as thoroughly as possible, not to avoid human interaction.

If you would still like assistance, please provide a valid phone number and a time you are available, and our team will be happy to help directly.

Could/would not have been successful without great presale suppot!

Well, it goes without saying that the online ordering and delivery was as expected. I think they use Shop PAY for payment processing and in my experience is as solid and secure as Amazon, PayPal, etc. They used UPS for delivery and communications, and delivery performance was great and on par with what we have come to expect from online retailers. What made the Extreme Kartz experience special, and worthy of 5 stars is the presales support. May application for the product I purchased is supported but not common. Having contact with a great presale support team made the purchase and implementation great!
