If I could give no stars then I would!
Completely ruined my extractor fan beyond repair and refused to take responsibility and claimed it was ruined before. It was clearly not!
Also lied about use of chemicals and refused to give me details of insurance etc. I have used them on my ovens for years and I will never use them again after this disaster followed by appalling customer service.

Just had my electric oven done it looks brand new would certainly recommend them to all my friends. Well done one very happy customer

I could not recommend Wayne any higher, he arrived ready to start work and got straight down to it, he was polite and very friendly. He answered any questions I had and did a superb job cleaning our cooker and hob. This is the second time we have used your service and have been highly delighted each time. Thank you.

I had paid for the cooker over the last year as I was so impressed by the first oven cleaning.
But I have a brand new cooker so I went for the three being cleaned, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
To start with I felt like asking the chap to leave because he was saying cleaning the tumble dryer was a waste of time.
I was concerned when he was trying to get part of the tumble dryer condenser apart with a screwdriver.
All the items have parts that weren't cleaned I have sent emails but had no reply.
After calling the office they have rebooked but it's not really something I want as I have already cleared the area for them and have to repeat the process which takes me a few days to recover from as I have several disabilities plus a bad back.

I saw Gail waiting to clean a neighbours oven and asked for her card. My neighbour did not appear to be in so I said if you have time can you do mine instead, at that precise moment my neighbour answered their so Gail said she would knock later and if she had time she would do mine after. My oven has never been this clean, excellent.
