Sinden Recoil Lightgun
Bought a supposedly new sinden recoil lightgun.After 4 weeks of trying to get it to work properly,getting advice online,different firmware,try this,try that, i gave up,on closer inspection of the gun all of the screws are marked as if they have been tampered with,so not new and i expect thats why it will not work correctly.Reached out to paypal to see if i can return and get a refund,case turned down, seller says its after 30 days.So BEWARE buying from these cowboys £150 wasted on refurbed 2nd hand junk.
**New items DO NOT have the black paint scraped off all of the screws on the gun where a screwdriver has been used**

We are sorry to hear you had issues with your purchase. We can confirm that your item was brand new as are all of the items we sell, so is not related to any issues you may have had. The Sinden lightgun is not a plug and play device and require some knowledge and setting up. There are many forums and a Sinden Discord available to help users with trouble shooting. In relation to PayPal and the 30 day limit, that is their policy and nothing to do with us. You received the response you did because you contacted PayPal in an attempt to bypass contacting us, which is not the best thing to do. Unfortunately you never once contacted us regarding any issues so we were unaware of any problems until we saw this feedback, which is a shame. We always look after our customers and are happy to try and resolve any issues you are having if you want to give us a call during office hours Monday to Friday. We are only a phone call or email away and are always happy to help.
