Extremely bad service. The delivery was super late, never answers call or won’t even care to call back to give you an update on order status. Never again

I received the wheels I ordered using the specs I provided and they fit car perfectly. However the center caps sent with the wheels are blank (no brand logo) missing the Mach emblem as shown on the website. I called and text for 4 days and no reply. It would be nice if they had customer service. I got lucky that the wheels were good. Do not buy from them if you expect customer service it does not exist.

Wheel/tire combo price was better than all other internet companies by $300-$400 and anytime I had a question I was able to txt or get a call from a representative right away. The only reason its not 5 of 5 is because the website made it seem like it would be a quick shipment when in reality it took almost 3 weeks which is fine but would have preferred to know that in advance. So better communication up front would have helped

My rims didn’t come mount so I pay 350 to mount them n then they didn’t come with my
Sensors or lug nuts till 3 weeks later so no I wouldn’t even give them 1 star

Little slow on tracking info but overall good experience

Have 1 or 2 tires bad causing a horrible vibration and their solution is for me to buy 2 more tires after already spending $3000,or buy 2 new tires and me pay for return shipping on the 2 bad tires and they will return to Toyo with the possibility of a warranty refund.

Wheels do not fit and after being told I can return them for a refund I cannot get anyone to respond to me. Also, I ordered the lug kit and it was never delivered. I ordered the wheels on May 1st and it took 20 days for them to be shipped. Now there is nobody communicating with me about getting a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

Awesome experience

Had a great purchasing experience. Found what I needed and it arrived quickly. Wheels were packaged very well. Only criticism is that I received a tracking number for the lug nuts but not for the wheels. So they ended up being delivered while I wasn't home. I would definitely buy from them again.
