Great service from ordering to delivery, keeping me informed. Beautifully made Sherpa fleece hoodie jacket. Unfortunately I had to return it because the style, great though it was, did not suit me. I was promptly refunded for the full cost of the jacket but not the postage charges for the return which I had been aware of anyway. Jacket was stylish and well stitched and efficient post sales friendly service.
