I waited a couple weeks to leave this review so I could give a completely honest statement. I have to say, I truly love this product. It has become a solid staple in my nightly routine. I fall asleep with much more ease and sleep so much more deeply. I definitely will be a customer for life 🥳

I was struggling with getting a good night’s sleep and my muscles feeling much more sore than usual.

I’ve been using the spray for a week now, and the application was super easy. About 30 minutes before bed, I apply the spray to the bottoms of my feet and massage it in. No greasy or sticky residue.

I felt a slight tingling sensation when applying it the first two days (this is normal if you’re deficient in magnesium) but went away on the third day.
