I was very nervous with making such a expensive order to an unknown company however I was pleasantly surprised. Ordering was easy, delivery excellent although not all slabs were delivered due to an accident with some slabs in the depot this was quickly rectified and delivery of the outstanding slabs were made almost immediately. Slabs are as ecpected, no damage and are as displayed on website and as sample recieved. Delivery guy Matthew was lovely and got the pallet as close as possible to our back gate....thank you to all involved with making our experience as stress free as possible. Shannon x

Big price increase 22%
Having ordered a porcelain slab sample on 03/02/26 and delivered on 06/02/26. I decided to follow up with an order for 80m2 on 10/02/26 only to find a price increase of 22.7%. When I contacted the office via email due to time. The response was that that’s the price and the deal had finished. When I originally looked and ordered the sample there was no advertised just a quote saying great low price. To say this is disappointing and they won’t honour the deal I was expecting is poor in my honest opinion. To expect £400+ more for the same product is against my morals.

This was my first tie buying tiles for my bathroom
This was my first time buying tiles for a bathroom renovation, I got great advice from Caallym was very very helpful when it came to measurements and how many tiles to order. It was a close call as to whether we could get the tiles before Christmas but he made it happen.

Just received my porcelain order and the quality is top-notch - exactly as pictured. Excellent customer service
Excellent service. Telephone and chat communication was professional and friendly. My specific delivery requirements, limited access to a cul de sac and requiring delivery on a specific day, was fulfilled without difficulty. Best priced tiles i could find anywhere and expertly delivered (no breakages at all), very well pleased with the whole process.

Excellent service and tile choice
Wide choice of tiles and provided a very professional service, tiles arriving on time with great communication. Unfortunately one of the packs was damaged having a large boot print on the front causing the tile to break and two others to chip. Contacted Tile Space who were very apologetic, with no quibble replacing them. Replacements arrived on time. Issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this retailer.
