I’m not the type to write a review, but felt compelled to warn customers the mica flakes I purchased legitimately looked like glittered.sent an email wanting to return them because they look nothing like the picture. The package was not touched and unopened. I received no email back simply ignored, I called and was told there is no way he can take a return and that I should try them because they might look different on the floor. Then I was told to try eBay to sell them. This day and age especially with an unopened package you should be able to return a product.

Worked with George to get the correct materials to redo my epoxy floor in our garage. I had a normal 100% solids epoxy that was the better part of 10 years old before I decided to replace it. I used a floor grinder to get off all the old floor, then acid wash and scrubbed and rinsed excessively. I ordered the epoxy as a base and at the time he sold granite (like sand) that could be broadcast over top. Then he had me seal with a polyaspartic top coat to seal it up. Initially the estimate to do my area fell short (almost by half) and I had to place another order. If I would not have planned correctly on the install it would have really messed me up as I did not have enough granite to cover the floor. If i would have put down all the epoxy I would have been in a world of hurt because I was short of the sand.

I have had the floor for around 3 years, and overall it has looked nice and seems to be strong. HOWEVER, I have had an issue... Last winter I put down a car mat to help protect the floor. Water got under the mat, and when I pulled the mat in the spring I had what looked like dark stains all over the floor. I called George and he said that the mat must have leached into the floor, and not knowing what the mat was made of no warranty would cover the issue. It turned out after having the mat our for a month and the floor getting air, the stains went away... SO... water had somehow seeped into the flooring, and when away when it dried. So, I have a 69 vette that had a small oil leak that I was not initially aware of. The oil got on the floor for less than a week, and now there is a dark stain on the floor. I have tired just about everything possible to reduce or remove the stain and it will not go away. I went with his product first because I thought it would be cheaper than nature stone. In hind sight I paid more to install my own floor, than it would have been to pay NatureStone to do it all, and I would not have had this issue.

George has been pleasant to talk to, however the blame has been put 100% on me, and not a failure of the product. No solution has been given as well to deal with the issue. He had asked me to send pictures, and I did, but it was met with silence. If something changes to take care of the issue, I will be sure to update my review.

Their customer service was just OUTSTANDING. And the owner George C. was AWESOME 👏. I would highly recommend this company. I would use this company for future projects. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this company a 500!!!!!!!!

George is great to work with and is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He was very patient and helped me through the install of polyurea product on my screened porch concrete floor which came out beautiful. Would recommend 1000 times over!

It was very easy to apply both codes it looks real good and before the topcoat dad I put silicone sand and rolled it in and it’s not slick at all in my opinion it’s a very good product my name is Bill Bauer. Also George Carson was very informative and very patient. Thanks

I expected a 50 and I got a 100, it is a really good and as said, performance coatings. You just can’t go wrong. Great work guys.

used wet wood stain on my log home and has held up very well. I would use it again if it was available.

I applied this product to a mural and a few months later, it was tagged with black spray paint. The companion spray removal worked to remove around 80% of the damage, however, it did not meet my expectations. There is still black spray paint that can't be removed. I applied it within approx 8-10 hrs after the vandalism.
Additionally, I have yet to be reimbursed for a 54$ product that I returned; the tracking number shows it was received. I've emailed twice and called twice with no response. I've been waiting since October and it is now December 31st.

I purchased a product recommended by customer service. I followed instructions and painted my kitchen backsplash and area behind stove. But the next day when I went to add second coat, paint hardened to consistency of hard rubber. So I was not able to apply that second coat. Your customer service person didn't warn me of this effect.

I did seal the can of paint after use and keep lid on can when applying first coat.

Terrific product, does what it is supposed to do, and great service. What more could you ask for?

As I said in my last review, everything was very satisfactory! George was extremely helpful whenever I had any questions.
And I think the products I used were very good. Great results.
