Great quality, precise cutting, and safe packaging. It took 2-3 days to be ready and was shipped over night. I received my order from Monday on Friday the same week. Perfect.
I ordered something on the 21. of September. It should arrive at the 30. but didn‘t. On the phone they told me they kinda forgot about it and it would come the next week, then again the next week and so on. They could have at least said „sorry“ on the phone for all the delays but didn‘t.
Today a package arrived but half was missing.
On the phone it was the same as always: they didn‘t apologize, they said they didnt know anything about why and how and also refused to let me talk to someone else who might be able to tell me more. Then they wanted me to send them a photo to prove my product was incomplete.
Come on i sent you 140€ a month ago just give me what i paid for and don’t make me ask and ask again for it…
They treat me like it is my fault, not theirs…
They did not inform me about the delay and as a result I could not use the goods I ordered for my event. On top the customer service was absolutely useless and never apologized for not informing me and not delivering my order. I strongly regret using this service.
