Would Recommend

I ordered my unlock on the 26th of Aug 2025 and it was completed on the 8th of Sep 2025. I was a bit worried after the standard unlock failed and then I had to pay for premium. After being at 99% unlocked for a free days I escalated the issue and the support tech Anna got right in it. I appreciate all her help and updates.

I can confirm your order placed 26 Aug 2025 was completed 8 Sep 2025 and shows as "Unlock Complete." Sorry for the worry with the initial Standard attempt — occasionally "an additional price to pay for the sim unlock itself" is required and is shown at checkout (Terms: "There may be an additional price to pay for the sim unlock itself, this will be stated on your order summary page prior to purchase.").

To finish on an iPhone, please follow the usual steps: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" If you still see 99% or anything odd, reply here and I’ll escalate it straight away. Thanks again for your patience — I’ll pass your kind words on to Anna.

1) We can often unlock Marketplace phones, but it depends on the IMEI check (blacklist/blocked status, carrier/hard-locks, or iCloud Activation Lock can prevent unlocking).
2) To proceed we need the phone’s IMEI plus the current carrier and the country the phone is from, and whether it’s an iPhone or Android. If it’s an iPhone please check Activation Lock at https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/ — as our policy states: "iCloud Activation Lock on iPhones: Contact the iPhone owner for iCloud removal or buy our iCloud Removal service. Sim unlocks won't be refunded if the device is unusable due to Activation Lock."

Please note: "It is the customers responsibility to check the compatibility of their handset..." and "Wrong IMEI: No refund if the provided IMEI is incorrect." We don’t have your IMEI, so we can’t look up your order or confirm eligibility. Reply here with the IMEI or use the Live Support link on your tracking page so we can resolve this quickly.

It's a scam!

I wanted to unlock my AT&T Z Flip. I went through the initial scanning and paid $25.

Then, I paid $106 to continue the unlocking process. Then, I am told I have to pay another $139. This process started on August 1, 2025. I must admit, I had to wait two weeks until I got my next check to pay the $139.

When I did pay on August 29, 2025, I had to wait another six days for the unlocking process THAT DIDN'T WORK! It's now September 6, 2025 and my phone is still not unlocked!

Then, my live chat was cut off and they say my IMEI account doesn't exist! This is a SCAM!

They couldn't unlock the phone, so they abandoned me WITHOUT A REFUND! I am going to dispute the charges with my bank and put this all over the internet because ExpresUnlocks are a bunch of bumbling, incompetent idiots who can't follow through on their services.

I can’t look up your case without the IMEI (and ideally your order number). In the absence of any reference, we cannot address your specific concerns — please reply with the IMEI here or use the Live Support link on your tracking page so we can investigate and resolve this.

A couple of relevant points from our terms/refund policy:
- "2.1 It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for."
- Refunds apply for an "Incorrect Unlocking Code" after working with a technician, and "Remote USB Unlock: Refund is given if the service is incompatible or doesn't work. Remote USB Unlocks are only relevant to Samsung, Motorola, LG and Huawei phones."
- "Wrong IMEI: No refund if the provided IMEI is incorrect."

If you send your IMEI (or contact Live Support with it and your payment details), I will escalate this right away and get it investigated.

These people are scammers!!!!

These people are scammers!!!!! I Repeat Scammers!. At first they claim that the fee to unlock a phone is only 30$ when you pay them, then they up charge you, with an additional 50 $. Claiming that they have the codes to unlock your phone. Then after you've paid, you find out it takes 24 hours to unlock. And get this! now they show you details to getting your phone unlocked. Like if your phone doesn't prompt you for an unlock code it can't be unlock. And guess what, my phone didn't prompt me to put in a code. Keep in mind, Your seeing all these important details after you've already paid, they don't show you these details in the beginning. I told them about it, they immediately stop the process, saying my phone can't be unlocked, because the phone doesn't ask for a code to unlock, I ask for a fund, and now there saying it's hard to get a refund because of some policy. but I can get a credit to use there service in the future.its been two weeks I've been trying to get my refund. They keep telling me the senior managers have to make that decision give them 7 business days . A week has passed and they told me the same thing again wait 7 more days.But I can get the credit note now.SCARMMERS!!

I need your IMEI to look up your order and escalate this to a senior manager — without that reference we can’t address your specific concerns. Please use the Live Support link on your tracking page and share the IMEI there so we can investigate and resolve this quickly.

To explain what you’re seeing: our terms state timeframes are “given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee,” and about Android unlocks: “An Android device is only able to be unlocked via a code if the device asks for an unlock code when an incompatible sim card is placed in the device.” The Refund Policy also says: “No refund if you purchased an unlocking code, but your Android phone doesn't prompt for an unlock code when using an incompatible sim card.” For Androids that don’t prompt, the T&Cs note they “will be refunded in the form of a Credit Note, due to submission costs, to be used against a Remote USB unlock, if that service is available.”

If you want a direct review for a possible refund or credit note, please contact Live Support in your tracking page and give them the IMEI — I’ll make sure your case is escalated once we can find your order. Again, sorry for the hassle — we’ll sort this as soon as we have the IMEI.

Such and easy and helpful site to use…

Such and easy and helpful site to use to unblock my iPhone. Took a little while longer as they had to go to the manufacturer but still complete in under 24hrs! Highly recommend. Yes, there is a fee but totally worth it for the ease.

2 months passed, still locked

I purchased the premium service for a total of $253.98. Stuck at 99% and they won’t declare a failure for the unclock. Their support seems to be AI.

I paid $29 to have a phone locked for Boost to be unlocked. But in order to unlock it all the way they want you to pay a extra$70 on top of that they don't tell you up front about.

What you’ve paid the $29 for is the Eligibility Check (our pre‑order). All phones require an Eligibility Check first, followed by an Unlocking Payment — sometimes the eligibility result shows an extra unlock fee (e.g. remote/premium) that wasn’t part of the initial check. As our Terms say, "’Pre‑orders’ also referred to as ‘Eligibility Checks’ are not covered by our money back guarantee... there may be an additional price to pay for the sim unlock itself, this will be stated on your order summary page prior to purchase."

We can’t pull up your specific order without the IMEI — please add your IMEI or use the Live Support link on your tracking page so we can see the status. If your status is "awaiting payment," please continue the process so we can complete the unlock.
