Poor communication and still waiting for item
I have received an email request for some socks I have ordered but haven’t received.
No communication other than order acknowledgment

I have looked into your order and can see the socks were despatched at the start of the week. They were sent by Royal Mail and you should have received them by now; Royal Mail are usually quite reliable. I am sorry that you are not satisfied on this occasion. A stress free shop for uniform
Ordered some new bits of uniform for my daughter. It was easy to order online and came a few days later with no problems. It all fits perfectly which is a bonus!

Poor quality
It was easy to order and delivery was next day so service fine from that perspective. However, it is so expensive for just a pair of football socks and delivery was £8, which is ridiculous. The socks are really poor quality, they were replacement ones after the previous pairs purchased got holes throughout them after only a few wears.

With regards to the postage, £8 is the charge for next day delivery, which I believe you had selected when placing your order. We do offer an option for standard delivery at £4.25. Alternatively, we do have a uniform shop at the school where you can purchase and collect items free of charge.
