What can I say absolute brilliant company. Ordered 5 panels yesterday less than half the price of anywhere else got them same day. And today I ordered 5 gravel boards were here within 3 hrs. And delivery drivers on both occasions were lovely
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We received the wood order today, without notification - entered the property without permission, or our knowledged, commenced to put the wood in the wrong area of the garden, resulting in having to move over 100 pieces of wood. Also, the man who unloaded the wood was reported to have attempted delivery in the wrong garden and then resulted in recklessly throwing the wood onto the concrete floor.
Upon review of the wood, it was clear that it had been cut from 4.8 meters down to 2.4. Whereas, we ordered 2.4 meter wood, uncut. Their cutting resulted in splintering of the wood, on over 24 pieces.
Overall, the items were damaged and delivery service was poor. When contacting, who I can only assume is the owner, the company via phone, he was beyond rude and unprofessional. We couldn't get a word in edge ways, they and failed to identify the issues that we have raised.
On a final note, they referred to us as charity. Incredibly unprofessional and vile, calling us charity and that we were trying to con them.
