Fast Professional Service
We were late for the appointment due to a motorway accident closing the road :(. I had a call from a gentleman at the centre to confirm that I was still attending and assured me the test could still happen. Once we arrived it was a very friendly swift service

Very easy to make an appointment no waiting straight in had test done and straight out waiting for your results very nerve racking even though had been testing myself all week before I arrived for my test what really got me was paying £45 for a simple LFT which I was doing for 7 days and it did not cost me a penny

Poor webmail, password should be made visible on request. Overcomplicated and slow. Expensive. Saving grace was excellent help from young staff member to help me.

We were unable to hear…
We were unable to hear receptionist/collector through plexiglass as microphone was not working. I had not booked online as I was unsure where test station at airport was and found it a bit ridiculous that I couldn’t just pay to have a test done there and then.

The place is empty and they have staff
The place is empty and they have staff
but you cannot walk in
you have to connect online and fill some forms
then they do an autotest
the only good point it is fast and practical if you are stuck at the airport
but this test is a joke, and it is ridicoulous to book online when the place is empty
the staff looks under or not very qualified

Crazy Expensive
They are crazy expensive to be honest. Some airport antigen / COVID test charge way less than what they charge
