Rubbish dishonest company
If i could I would give them 0 star!
I've ordered my rug on the 31st of July with a 2 day delivery promise from the company. They disnt send my order.
On the 6th of August I've recieved an email from them stating they dont actually have the item, however I can chose a different design or size, ir I can wait 4 weeks for the item to come back in stock.
I chose to wait.
There has been no communion them, so I emailed again on tbe 1st of September questioning whats happening. I was reassured that the rug should be arriving around the 15th.
I've waited again. Then I messaged again on the 22nd. No answered.
By this time I was proper angry by the lack of competency of the company so I left a voice message to finally get their attention. (Also worth to mention that their so called phone number isn't manned. Throughout the full months i've called then an astonishing 26times, and it went to voicemail every time).
After I finally was mad enough to leave a voicemail they emailed me saying I'm rude and they couldn't report me to the police. (A joke in itself as i havent threaten them, bullied them or went full out, as they should have deserved by the way..)
I emailed back to please go ahead and report me and then we cna have a 4way chat with the police and trading standard as they've violated a bunch of laws and regulations. (I forgot to mention that they throughout the 2 months they have listed the rug as available for 2 days delivery and they marked my order as completed. )
I told them to just forget it and cancel my order as I had more than enough of them!
Surprise surprise they immediately posted the rug!!
The tracking details are all there black and white on the couriers website!
I told them multiple times I dont want the rug any more but they still went ahead an post it!
I've raised the issue with my card provider and I'm also reporting then to training standards. And frankly I advise everyone to stay away from these incompetent people! Awful company!
