Top level experience.
Used the site to research the racket I wanted, ordered, received the following day.
The packaging was excellent and I had to laugh at the hand written, personalised note which even had a “come on England”.
Top level experience, will use again and would definitely recommend.

Excellent Service
I ordered a Babolat Stima Vita 2026 Padel Racket, back in May, but have only gotten around to reviewing Express Padel.
Express Padel had the cheapest online price I could find, but not to the detriment of the service I received.
The racket arrived on the due date, as expected, in time for the recipient's birthday. I'm told the racket is amazing.

Great prices. Better Customer Service.
Great prices; great customer service. This is a very good company with extremely responsive staff. The padel I was after was offered at a very good price. My enquiries via WhatsApp were answered quickly even out-of-hours.
When one small hiccup did arise, it was addressed swiftly and more than fairly by a customer service team that genuinely wanted a happy customer.
These are a good bunch. 👌

Amazing communication
I highly recommend Express Padel. Their customer service was amazing, we had a slight problem with a missing order but Alex and the staff made sure another order was sent out as soon as possible, I was kept up to date at every point even when my replacement order needed a little change due to my original padel being out of stock. Communication is top notch and much appreciated, thank you Express Padel.
