I just got an oil change and the experience was turned into a little over a hour. Whoever I spoke to at the Holcomb bridge location needs to be nicer to customers and to the new girl who was just trying to learn. To top it all off at the end when he reset my check engine light I was informed I didn’t need a oil change in the first place and there was probably something completely different wrong with my car.
Trey was amazing! He helped teach my teenager some things to help him learn about his truck and maintenance.
