You lost a loyal customer after years

I think I will look for a different Oil Service place after many years with you guys.
My truck - F150 takes 7 quarts of oil, normally paying 70 dollars every 3,000 miles. I paid 91 dollars this morning!!! VERY SURPRISED!!
The service guy told me they put 9 quarts reason. The price was 90 dollars, and I did not believe him.
Anyway, I paid cause the service was already done.
91 dollars I believe is too much and I did believe it took 9 quarts of oil!!???? The invoice shows 7.7 quarts ????

I WILL LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT SERVICE PLACE IN DOUGLASVILLE OR TAKE MY TRUCK TO THE FORD DEALERSHIP. I think they will charge the same cause it is a dealership place.

Thank you for the great service all this time but you already lost a loyal customer.
