The plates are excellent even though I didn’t receive them the next day but this seems to be down to Royal Mail unfortunately.

Exactly as ordered, very fast delivery time.

Plates were delivered super quick which I was pleased with. I’m less pleased with the plates themselves. I’ve opted for printed plates, however the quality of the printing is sub-par - on the rear plates, you can see the yellow bleed through the letters slightly and the front transparent section of the plate isn’t aligned exactly to the rear (couple of mm difference). The screw fixings that I added on for £3.99 came with 2 yellow, 2 white plastic covers and 4 screws, however was conveniently missing the black covers which meant that I had to use the covers that were already on the car whereas I was hoping to replace the lot as they were worn out. For the money paid, I could have bought a 48 piece set off of Amazon. Without the black plastic covers, it could have been seen as modifying the letters on the plate.
Overall, they were cheap and quick, but were let down by shoddy printing and missing hardware.

Disappointed by the appalling customer service from this company. Express Plates? Don't make me laugh. To try and find out where the plate was, I contacted by email as there's no phone number but their reply took ages. They said the package had been lost in transit and that a plate would be remade. The tracking indicated that Royal Mail hadn't received it. I was concerned that the plate, if it had been intercepted, could be used fraudulently. I emailed again but as yet have had no reply to that but have subsequently filed this 'loss' with my local police, in case it is on another bike. I then get an automated email saying the plate would be delivered today but weirdly has the same tracking number as the original, despite the plate being remade. My guess would be that it had never been dispatched and whilst I accept that mistakes can be made, all I want is honesty.

I have not received my plates even after paying extra for nxt day delivery it’s been over a week I have emailed had a few replies to start with then nothing, when I’ve asked for a refund completely blanked!!! Going to have to go through bank and report company as fraud to get my money back

Ordered number plates 12 days ago now. Email confirmed despatch 10 days ago on 24 hour delivery but still waiting. Emailed them several times but no reply. Avoid at all costs.
Finally turned up after 24 days but they are not road legal like I ordered.

I’m usually level headed with reviews as I understand how much impact a negative review can have on businesses. However, I feel I would be doing a disservice to potential customers not to highlight the issues experienced. I ordered a set of Krystal plates. Arrived as stated with 48hrs. Poor quality, backing film damaged and not aligned. Contacted customer services who promptly arranged another set to be dispatched. Again, arrived in good time. These plates, worse than the others, gouge marks on the front plastic, one corner damaged and backing film alignment worse than the first set. Contacted customer services, prompt response. Another set arrived in good time. This set arrived - backing film damaged and not aligned all the way around the plate. I contacted customer services again requesting a refund. Customer services offered to replace plates again and ensured they would be up to a standard expected so I allowed one final opportunity. This set arrived, plate damaged again, with no alignment of the backing film. I requested a refund and was ghosted for 4 days. When customer services finally replied they provided a returns label. I tried to use this at the post office and was met with an error message that the barcode is not recognised and invalid! I have contacted customer services again with no reply to date.
I would absolutely avoid at all costs.

Site very easy to use, fast delivery and plates were perfect! Used the sticky pads rather than screw for a seamless finish . My daughter was delighted when she woke up in her bday morning ! Got the 3D max 6 letter plate. Ideal for her private reg . Highly recommend.

Great service

Ordered 2 lots of standard plates on July 31st. Delivered on August 1st and now on the car. Can’t fault the quality and the service for the price. Got 30% off, which meant I got 2 sets of plates for £36. Unbelievable service. Will be sending people your way in future.

I ordered my flights on a 29th of July and I received them on the 30th I was a bit skeptical after I ordered them as I saw the reviews but I must say those reviews as far as I'm concerned are totally inaccurate the service are received was fantastic plates of very very good delivery was on time communication was good and it's a very good company our found them extremely helpful extremely prompt and extremely professional well done thank you

25% off you say? that sounds like a bargain? the moment you open the webpage, the starting price is £16. Try not to blink as the price instantly increases while you just stare at the starting price! I kid you not. Then you find out that the price is for a single numberplate and the actual price for a pair is £25! Why waste your time with sites that just want to pull a fast one?
