I was very excited to work with this company, up to and until, my questions were not being answered and I was ghosted (Ash). They did the home measurements, went over options and price. We stated that we needed a cost that worked within our budget. They came down but were still over the price we had spoken about. **They knew our price from the jump and kept telling us they would keep trying and use as many deductions they could.*** I was told if I slimmed down the rooms I wanted it might work. I took off a very large portion and out stairs. They came back with a price out of budget and kept the stairs in when we said we would take those out. I asked to review our carpet selection and inquired about stretching what we currently have in the area we were willing to not do. This is when it all fell apart. No more communication, no answers to my questions. Just cut off. Read the reviews and beware customer service. There’s a reason they’re “trying” to break out in San Diego, CA

Had LVP installed beginning of January.
Since then , I have had to have 2 additional tech teams sent out to replace planks, fix severe lifting , glue seeping out everywhere ..
been waiting since beginning of March for a third team to come and fix the repairs that are still not fixed properly .. still getting lift, seperation , and glue seeping through ..
The people in charge have not responded to me easily. Last communication was March 5th..nothing since , so I will
Continue to post my exhausting , aggravating negative situation until they do right by me ..
now entering MONTH 3 of this nightmare.
Find another company if you’re thinking of replacing your floors .. very expensive, many installers don’t speak or understand English , and they seem to only know how to do basic stuff, and not very good either .
