Jess was excellent, non-pressurising, clear, informative and friendly - very good at what she does. However the way Express Estate Agency advertised their service was mis-leading. Inferring to be able to purchase the house at a certain price, using a misleading choice of words to push the eastate agency side of the business.

All online - which appeared helpful. However, after driving >an hour to view the house - nobody there. No estate agent, nor vendor. Tried to ring agent - phone kept ringing out.

Eager for any sale - not necessarily a good one
We found that the set up was really easy but they weren't great at organising paperwork or communication. We had one potential buyer walk due to not being able to get in touch. We got told some things over the phone which were later contradicted becoming very tense conversations. They seemed keen to just make a quick sale rather than a good one or fight for a better offer. They caused additional stress where not required. Personally based on my experience, I would not use again or recommend. Hopefully the process onward, having accepted an offer, is more positive.

Not great
Not great, was constantly misled regarding payments being made from the sellers side. Ended up losing £300 when the seller wanted to 'rush' moving in and I agreed to meet them halfway in costs. Was told by express that the sellers solicitors were going to pay this so I left them to it. Never trust an estate agent I guess as they look after the seller not the buyer.
They have ignored my calls, emails and messages too 🤷♂️

Really informative helpful conversation
Really informative conversation. Faela had done her research before we spoke and had a lot of information for me and suggestions. She explained the whole process thoroughly and carefully for me.
She had market examples to back up what she was telling me. Reassuring me that my house was good to sell and what the market was like around me. I felt a lot better after talking to her.
