A truly first class mail redirection service from Expost. All the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I only wish I had known about this company sooner ,it would have saved me alot of hassle when I was moving around Europe and the UK.

Ok so used for 2 years and although couple delays here and there had a pretty good experience.

The Expost is the perfect services you can exprience accross UK
They are so proffassional with an unblivable desipline
You never lost any letter
Its easy to use
You have everything in your dashboard
The panel is very handy

All branches are perfect spacially Telford Mainland

The staff are always very helpful

Safely received and arranged secure delivery of original documents for me.

Signed up for the UK then realised I needed an Irish address. They happily refunded my money when I signed up to Expost Ireland.

I have been using this company for many years and yes agree with a previous poster Brodie is helpful, friendly and efficient. Never had a problem with mail forwarding

Hey there! So, I've been using your service for a while now, and things have been great. But lately, I've noticed a bit of a dip in the quality. Like, my mail forwarding requests are taking forever to get processed, and I asked for a mail scan a few days ago and still haven't heard anything.

I'm a new customer, this is not a good start, I am trying to receive my post, cannot get hold of anyone to get my post sent, is this a scam.

I have been with Expost for a few months now. They have been so reliable, friendly & dealt with my phone calls so well & quickly. I was very nervous to trust someone else with my post but I can only recommend them, which I have personally.

Guys I’ve been with expost now a few years! When I first heard about them and there service I wasn’t sure but I thought what is worse that can happen…anyway I’m so glad I did the service these guys give is second from none… nothing is to much bother.. any problems there are a phone call away.. they are always polite and give as much help and attention to sort out questions or problems you got …one of the customers representative is actually the owner 🤣he keeps a low profile and I didn’t know till I spoke to him on a few occasions he revealed his identity!!! But came across as just wanted to be like and treated like any other member of staff and was more than helpful and if I asked for a special request with my post would try his best to help! Overall I would 💯 recommend these guys ,I’ve had no issues and the service they provide is 10 out of 10 !!!so don’t be worried about joining ,they are as good as they say they are ,but you know what I think even better than that !!!so all the staff at ex post 👏👏💯Joseph Healy from rugby.

Ive been with this company for years and they provide an excellent service. Despite being busy on occasion the staff always ensure my needs as a customer are met, making sure that everything is up to date and any issues (a result of being human) are resolved asap. I highly recommend this service despite other reviews.

When I initiated a consultation, no one responded for a long time. It was very inefficient and a waste of time. Even the pre-sales service was not good. It is hard to believe that they can provide better after-sales service!
