These guys were fantastically helpful when I ordered a couple of jackets just before Christmas. They sent them by special delivery so I could give them as presents on time. When I needed to return one (nothing wrong with the jacket - just no longer needed) they were really responsive, quick and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a North Face ski jacket (stupidly) just 5 days before leaving to go skiing. I emailed to ask if the order could be shipped and delivered within 4 days and they obliged by sending the next day and still free of charge. Very impressed with the customer service. The jacket is exactly as described as well in case anyone wondered

Ordered a North Face jacket from this company on the 26/1/18. I received confirmation on the 29th and my order was delivered on the 30th.

Would definitely order from this company again.

Absolutely disgusted with the service Explore Outdoors have provided. Waited 4 weeks for a North Face jacket which they said was originally in stock but were then having problems with the supplier. Asked for a refund and they issued me a credit memo saying the money would be with me in 5 working days, 1 week later and still no money in my account. Have emailed again (as telephone number does not work) asking for a refund today, but will be on their case until I receive it. Save your money, time and energy, do not use this company.

Ordered the blue North Face decendit jacket on 01-01-18, as the website said it was in stock! Well, this is where the scenario changes. I had no email to say when it would be delivered, so I contacted them to chase it up. They came back and stated that it was out of stock and they had to contact their supplier. Told me that there was a back log of deliveries and things would turn up randomly on different days. Asked me if I wanted to change my order to the black jacket instead, as they supposedly had that one in stock - If I wanted a black jacket, I would have selected black wouldn't I you idiots! Two weeks went by and I'd had enough of their silly, petty excuses, so I asked them to process my refund immediately. I waited the 5 working days, which their terms state, for the refund to clear in my account.....absolute b*llocks! They did not even think about putting the money in to my account and tried to keep hold of it, wanting me to give in and wait for the jacket to come in. Chased them again and the refund was processed straight away, after me sending some strong worded emails. They are an absolute bunch of cowboys, who just want to take your money from you, stating items are in stock, when they clearly aren't! Stay well away from these muppets! You are better off spending a bit more money and finding a better store. Cheaper isn't always better for customer service etc!

I ordered a North Face coat on the 6th January and still haven't received it, they say its a special order and they are waiting for it to come from the supplier! I believe that this is rubbish as I have actually now ordered it direct from North Face and it came the next day!
As already stated by others you can only email them and have to wait days for a response.
Do not be drawn in by the price, they are a joke of a company.

Excellent service and delivery. I emailed and asked if they could arrange next day delivery as I needed the bags in a hurry. Swift response and bags delivered as promised.
Ordered North Face Longhaul 30 and Overhead really please with bags, very well made and look like they will last.

I've used explore outdoors a number of times over the past few years and never had any problems. Goods arrived has described at great low prices. Would recommend.

Appalling company, non existent customer service, avoid at all costs. The professional looking website will lure you into buying something that you will never receive. The phone number goes straight to a message asking you to email them, your email will not be answered. AVOID AVOID AVOID! I paid with PayPal so I was able to get my money back relatively easily but please learn from my mistake.

Ordered a North Face jacket on the 6th of January and have still not received the item (13/1). No comfirmation email of it being shipped yet. Will be demanding a full refund today. Just read more reviews saying the same. Phone goes straight to voicemail and no reply to my emails.

2 Weeks after my order they got my money i've got no product.
They have 0 customer service. No phone, only email which they have not replied to.
JUST DO NOT PAY WITH DEBIT CARDS! DON'T GIVE THESE CHUMPS YOU'RE OWN MONEY!!! YOU MIGHT NOT GET IT BACK!

I'm still waiting for a North Face ski jacket ordered in November 2017. The website is very misleading to offer products for sale which they have difficulty or delays securing from their supplier.

Hi, I think this is their style of business:
-Advertise cheap prices so customer will compromise on quality and prompt delivery because of the price.
-Hold the money and by the time they will realize its already 10 Days and if they ask for refund it will take another 10 days.So in theory we are giving them our money for nothing.
I don't know how I trusted on them and ordered my £400 Jacket now i need to travel but my cash is with them.I personally doubt on all the 5 stars are fakes reviews.

Have purchased two North Face jackets from Exploreoutdoors.co.uk over the past couple of months and the service has been efficient and exceptional. Cheapest prices on the web for both with plenty on hand and in stock when other retailers had limited sizes/colours, rapid dispatch and great communication. Highly recommended.

I have had a great experience, not only getting a great price on my product but excellent customer service helping get my items to me before my trip.

Do not use!!
Never received my item. Asked where it was after 2 weeks.
They claim it was a supplier problem so I waited another 2 weeks. They then said they will hear from the supplier after a couple of days. Waited another week. Still no word so requested a refund. Didn't hear from them despite many emails and phone calls.
Finally got an email saying they'd refund me. Am still yet to receive my refund!! I first put in the order on 30th October. It is now 27th December.
Avoid at all cost despite the tempting discount.

Terrible company! I ordered on 27th Nov. but still received nothing! I asked for refund by get nothing back! You must avoid this company and report it based on consumer rights.
