I’m really pleased with the progress my daughter has made since starting at Explore Learning. Although she has only been attending for a short time, I can already see a positive difference in her confidence and understanding of key topics. The sessions are well structured and engaging, and the staff are supportive and encouraging. It has been a great addition to her learning routine, and I would definitely recommend it to other parents.

My child improvement is mater to me,so this going smoothly and I respect more for this.

My daughter has improved so much since starting with Explore Learning. The tuition has really helped her with her schoolwork, and the tutors are very kind, supportive, and cooperative. She attends the online sessions at her own pace, which suits her perfectly. I’m very happy with the service,they are doing a great job.

All of the staff here are really amazing. They offer great support and really listen to what it is you are seeking to achieve for your child whilst they are there. Additional SATs drop-ins, revision papers at no additional costs.I do believe that Explore learning is great values for money and my son has told me that it has helped him a lot since he has been there.

Staff are very motivated and willing to teach the children, and this help the kids to also be motivated to learn and do their best.
The staff know the subjects and have good technique to help the student to achieve their goals. My daughter is doing her GCSE.

We are using Explore Learning for 11+ tutoring. The team have been really helpful in setting up the programme and my daughter enjoys her sessions. The platform is easy to use to access homework and to change a session booking if needed.

Love the option of online or in centre. We opted for in centre. Great staff and tutors, even assist in exrar sessions on tricky higher gcse maths subjects.

THE WORST

The intention may be there, but the execution is appalling.

Three children attending this centre, and unfortunately the experience has been getting worse each year. I even changed centres thinking things would improve, but once the management changed, the situation became even worse.

The online connection is poor, tutor attendance and punctuality are unreliable, and the overall organisation is extremely disappointing. I have reported these issues multiple times, but nothing has changed.

It is almost impossible to reach anyone by phone. Emails are often answered weeks later, if at all, and calls are rarely returned.

The Woodford Green centre has been particularly disappointing, and based on my experience, the level of service provided is unacceptable.

I have been coming to Hounslow Centre with my daughters for 9 years now. My eldesst have been here for all of 9 years and this centre helped her exceed in both her SATs and GCSCs and 11 Plus. My younger has been here for 8 years and again, this centre helped her exceed in her SATs and 11 Plus. Also, the manager Anisha is VERY nice and kind. Highly recommended!

I’ve just started this challenge with my son, as it’s usually very difficult to get him to study at home. So far I’m very satisfied and I hope to come back soon to update and complete my feedback.
