As a print broker we order around 30 jobs per month, quality and speed of service is always very important to us. Should have been a simple straightforward job, but I was misled on delivery, lied to regarding the status of order, I then complained and received a string of offensive emails for my trouble. I hope this company changes its philosophy because they are capable of doing a good job.
