This Company is a scam/ FRAUD.
I repeat a total SCAM.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. You get a lot of turn around in which they triple the cost that you see when booking and it is not refundable in the end. They ask for your card information over the phone including your 3 digit security, PLEASE USE THE DIRECT AIRLINE OR SOME OTHER TRUSTED SOURCE. Research these agencies before you book with them. Very bad experience and will repost on social media platforms until they value US customers.
