i have paid amount but can't use the product, still it asks for activate, online login is impossible, very bad user ai. worst app you will lose your money.

Cant seem to download and log in to my account after paying £59 and tec phone support keeps on telling me that there is a issue with my browser and tried every browser and still notworking now they wont talk on the phone it seems like they have run out of excuses

Down loading of the software was interupted by my anti virus software, but a prompt responce by Expert-PDF help soon got me out of trouble.

I did not subscribe to PDF Expert the £39.99 yearly payment. I sent some photos using PDF there was nothing about subscribing to PDF Expert, let alone a yearly fee. How did I agree to this?

Can't use e-mail anymore, have to go through a procedure.
I have given up trying to get my purchased Expert PDF 14 on to my new PC!

Working with Paul ( Rep ) was extremely helpful with keeping my Computer & Personal information protected. I allowed Paul to Remote Login and he was able to see and make me aware of specific things. Paul mentioned the lifetime Business Expert PDF, and if you're a business owner like myself, you cannot go wrong with this product.

Advised to buy year license ExpertPDF Pro 15 because Perpetual license ExpertPDF Pro14 didn’t allow OCR module to function. After having bought Pro15 with OCR, converting pdf image to word is a mess rather than a failure and support is not capable of bringing any solution. Terrible support

Easy to use, good price, various options...

I had to reinstall the app on a new computer, but could not find from where i could download without ending up at a pay site. But help from support giuded me so I finaly got all up and running perfectly again !!
