Received notice of shipping from experiencesoar on May 25. As of today, May 31, Postal service tracking indicates that a label has been created (May 25) and that they are awaiting receipt of the package. This happened once before to an order of my wife's. It eventually arrived. My prior orders have been received in a timely fashion, and have been excellent.

I ordered a digital gift card early on…
I ordered a digital gift card early on 5/8/22 (Mother's Day) as a Mother's Day present. The digital gift card never arrived. Attempted multiple times to contact the vendor through the website's contact form, as well as directly via e-mail. Tried to call the phone number, but it wouldn't even ring - would just go to an automated voicemail. Finally received a response on 5/12/22, and then the gift card was finally sent.
This vendor has good products. I just hope that the responsiveness of customer service can catch up as well.

I got amazing sleep
I got amazing sleep, I fall asleep within a half hour. woke up the next day feeling well rested. Very much worth it and by far the best sleep I’ve gotten in a very long time.

Did not receive the delivery
Did not receive the delivery. Was mixed up with prescription medication from another company. Can't reach anybody at SOAR to get the issue fixed. Email link in the communication regarding the delivery didn't work. The "contact us" form on the website didn't work. I have tried calling the phone number several times. It goes directly to voice mail. When I tried to leave a voice mail, I was cut off.
