I contacted the firm by e-mail on a Thursday via their website and required signature was handled on-line so there was no delay in mailing forms back and forth. I filled out documents on line and kept notes of the questions which I had and when the customer service rep called me back, we got those questions out of the way in no time. I got a Fed Ex slip for expedited processing and went the following day, Friday, to the County Court House for certification of my formal documentation, The documents then went into the Fed Ex. envelope and I delivered the package quickly to Fed Ex by noon. There was a minor glitch with a weather delay at the Fed Ex receiving hub but we had time to spare. The passport was in my hands the following Friday morning. Can't argue with THAT!

This was just the most professional service of it's kind I've ever used. Kevon was so professional, thorough, responsive, and calm, even though we had a short window to work with. I was VERY impressed!

My expediting specialist (Lasia H.) was absolutely great!
She was very patient and allowed me to gather all the required items/documents and explained to me that she would be ready when I was ready to complete the passport process. My mom was very ill during the beginning of the process so there had been quite a few days before I could FedEx everything needed to complete the passport renewal.
