Their booking could not be changed online even though it was advertised as being flexible and able to change online. They gave me numbers to contact them that were invalid. I contacted one of the numbers, which was an outsourced team in Philippines and they said their system is broken. Then they referred me to another Expedia number, which was again invalid.

Expedia is one of the worst online travel booking sites Ive ever come across. I booked a hotel and flight through their handphone app and was shocked to see from the receipt that it was quoted in USD. Unlike the website the hp app did not specify the currency. I wrote in to explain and seek a refund for the difference in currency. They finally replied me weeks later but still evaded the issue. I wrote in many times but got the same reply. Eventually i did see that the base currency appeared in the handphone app but i never did get any refund or apology or acknowledgement for it. Ive even threatened them that i will never use their services again... and i intend to keep my word. I think they're not interested in repeat customers hence they feel they can get away with bad service.

I booked a flight ticket from Nha Trang to Hanoi on the 5th Nov 2015, when I'm at the check-in counter the lady said I'm not on their system and I cannot fly! I started calling Expedia sg, long wait on the phone.. They said a third party company they work with haven't sent my details to Vietjetair, after an hour on the phone with a Filipino he says he'll call me back in one hour. Of course he didn't and couldn't reach him again after a few calls. I went to the Vietjetair desk and they have put me in another flight which is ten hours later than my original flight was supposed to be.
I will never ever use them again I have wasted a full day of my vacation just because of them

I booked the flight while in Asia, so was forced onto the Singapore platform. to make changes to my flight I only had one SG number to call. On hold at 1am US time (as they don't have 24 hour support). Over 35 minutes on hold and my call was never answered. They can;t do anything by email. There is no alternative as they say you can;t call the airline direct and Expedia USA couldn't access the booking. Even though it as cheaper. if you need to make changes you're screwed.
