We have been using Omnipost, part of ExPD, for some time now; the software & hardware is excellent, robust, looks & feels great, intuitive and does everything we expect & more. It blended in seamlessly with our operations and exceeded our expectations. The product is backed by an equally impressive customer service team. We have been using Omnipost for over a year now and finally we have an organised post room! The software system is easy to use and keeps all of our parcels in check. Initial set up was smooth and ongoing support has been fantastic. Would recommend this postal system.

We have used Omnipost / ExPD for almost 3 years and it is safe to say it has revolutionised our internal postal system.

Firstly the ExPD team are easy to deal with, they do not do a hard sell on their products, they just explain in clear detail what it does and the benefits and allow you as the customer to explain your needs.

The implementation and training was easy, Omnipost is web based so very intuitive to use. In 3 years we have had only a couple of minor issues which were sorted out very quickly, they are always listening and reply withing a short time to any requests for advice, normally within minutes.

In summary, I have found ExPD to be a company that is right on the money in every way, they are well run, they have good staff, they only supply well tested products which are fairly priced.

I work in a student accommodation building and manage just over 2000 students. Before we got Omnipost, we used pen and paper to log all of our post. Gasp I hear you say! Having Omnipost has enabled us to report on the amount of post we have come through our door and to deliver a much more sleek and professional service to our students.

I work as a Facilities Manager for a large Telecoms provider in Ireland who employ 1500 people across multiple locations around the country.

We needed a system that could track all of our incoming and outgoing post, automatically notify recipients of delivery, offered comprehensive reporting and most of all was simple to use, Omnipost met all these needs and more.

I am a supervisor for the multi skilled team at Sheffield Hallam University.
We use the Omni-Post system to store all our external items ordered in by the universities staff. The system helps us to trace any missing items that haven't quite reached their destination via the porters and shows the last location or alternatively shows which person delivered the items.
Our success rate for delivered items have risen from 61% to an incredible 94%...
Omnipost is such an easy system to use whether it be on the computer desktop ( goods in ) or even the mobile phone app.
Our staff that use the app all have good words to say about OmniPost. Especially the ones who arent so up to scratch with their technology skills.
I would recommend Omnipost to any organisation that want the same purpose and outcome as we do.
There staff are enthusiastic and we have a great relationship with them.
They are a joy to work along side and easy to contact about any queries.
