I reached out with common question and their response included. Something that I was not familiar “ondemand straming”. I reached out again to ask what that means and their customer response was “it means exactly what it says”. I replied asking them to not be rude and treat me with respect. Their reply was “ expattv is not for you” such shitty customer service!!!!

Wow. So we heard about them and wanted to subscribe. You can't subscribe unless you fill out a form providing the contact information of the person who referred you. Since we couldn't recall who had mentioned them, I wrote to the sales department and explained that. Their answer was " Our policies are what they are". Whaf a poor way to do business. And if you research them, you can't find a phone number anywhere and I have no idea where they are based out of. I dont trust them one iota.

Really didn’t want to write this review as I was hoping that Expat Vision would resolve my issue - they took two annual payments out of my account after requesting cancellation. The country we were in at the time -couldn’t support their system. After I complained, they refunded one amount but not the second payment. Despite repeated “chats”, “ ticket” more chats there has been no response . Today, very unprofessionally, their “support agent” who I won’t name, read all my messages but just didn’t respond. So sadly, I cannot recommend but I will say that when we stayed in a country where their system worked, while the quality wasn’t great, it did provide a service we needed.

go.teamexpat.ninja shut my STB off two months prior to it's expiry date even though it was fully paid for.
Problems while it was working..
Very few new new PPV's.
Some PPV's freeze a lot.
I could not make a favorites list that would take.
Poor guide, wrong, guide, many channels had none at all.
Sluggish switching between channels and pages.
A lot of freezing on the channels that you watch most, especially Disc USA, etc. You wait months to see a new show and it either freezes constantly, has no sound or the channel goes down for most or all of it.
All these problems on a 150 mbps broadband connection.
SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT.
On top of all this, they turn out to be robbers and shut you down before your subscription has ended.

It's great streaming service and I'd like to keep working with it but support isn't, I bought a reseller account on website and trying to buy more credits for my panel but it seems that the website is off air, I think they have a skype contact for resellers but I never have it and don't know where to find it!

hello :( I've paid for a year's time but now it's been 2 months only and everything has stopped working 😡

I had ordered a 6 month subscription from them in January 2018 and found it to be the best IPTV service I have seen. Although they are no loner contactable my service is still running smoothly. As my subscription expires on the 7th of this month i tried to extend my subscription but am unable to find them. What a pity.

Was good up until yesterday when all the uk sports channels disappeared? Other channels still working. There email address is no longer in use so can't contact them!!

Sports channels came back but today 11/7/18the url is no longer working?? Frustrating but it may come back as it took a while for the sports channels to re-appear

I bought 3 months subscription and after that the website gone and the email disappeared what happened to them?

I’m removing my original review after this company offered me a refund. Further comment not really appropriate as they seem to have stopped trading anyway.

Stay away from them, no support, no quality channels...actually no connection. Thank God I bought only one month. Advice : just pass them when you see their Ad in google!

I have tried many IPTV services over the last year. Finally I came across the best. Expat Television truly is this. I started with a one month sub, now running for two weeks and not one glitch, and I mean not one. Customer service could not be better or faster. As ever there were things I did not understand, almost instant reply with clear instructions. Never have I had such a choice, over 35k vod selection and every channel I can think of, and more!
Supports most platforms, works on TV app, iPad/iPhone app, PC, perfect. No expensive vpn needed. Crystal clear full 1080 and 1920 hd tv. I will certainly re-subscribe in two weeks time, this time for the full year. Incredible value. Last weekend I understand one of their suppliers took their money and ran, but expat tv worked tirelessly to maintain the service for their customers, myself included. What a refreshing change it is to subscribe to such a good company. In this line of business, others I have used have disappeared on me. Not Expat television, they stood by their customers. Thanks, excellent service. I will be recommending this service to all my friends, and have no hesitation recommending it to everyone.

i have had expattelivision for a few months now they have never let me down ant the quality is top class i have tried others and they do not come any where near expat the last one i had was ok until football cam on then they went off the streams with these guys do not i have seen agood few live matches and so far no buffering but i have a good internet speed of 32mb they are far the best out there and they do not tye you down to a contract if you buy a month to try and you don't like it they will not take a payment for the next month if you do like it and i see no reason why you won't like it you just pay for another month you can pay early if you want to keep the service on it just get added to your days so you don't lose any best out there guys just give it a shot you have nothing to lose

I just signed up for this IPTV Service, so far the help and support I recived from their Customer Service has been outstanding.

The service I tested so far is fast, stady, reliable and works for me as the best I tested so far.

I have tried magiciptv (worse that all) iptvgator,iptvking,iptvinsider etc paid and lost money as they don't even reply to Ur email or refund any money.
Expat television reply all email with utmost care means they really believe that customers should be taken care of and will attract more business. The channels have up and running every day. The VOD is just huge very huge and list updated always. Channel list are also very large .
As long as u have a great internet speed u will not be disappointed

DO NOT BUY THIS, they promise, "ExpatTelevision.com is a cutting edge IPTV service providing great TV to expats around the World." It's true that they have alot of channels, but theres manyt of the that does not work, and many of them are in so pure state that they are not worth watching. Sound is sometime completly off? When you write to their helpdesk, they answer in a way you wouldn't even talk to a child, very condescending. And once you have paid the price for the package you want, there is no chance for you the get a refund for the purchase that you have made.
All in all, do not buy this

I am an expat and I never dwell in the same country more than 1 year. I am a nomad, always on the run. That's why IPTV is important for me. It connects me to my home country. It's my source of news and entertainment. My only access to live sport event held in Europe. I have tried more than 5 IPTV services so far and I can honestly say that expattelevision.com has been the most robust and stable one. I have access to more than 4000 channels. No buffer or freeze. I am so happy with their service and I am planning to upgrade my 3 month subscription to 1 year when it is over. I recommend expattelevision.com to every fellow expats out there.
