From my personal experience with Expat.cl, I can definitely say they give the most helpful service regarding everything about visiting Chile. Especially in the times of the difficulties and delays that Chilen visa processing is going through.

We utilized Jérémie Le Pevedic at Expat.cl for obtaining our residency visas in Chile. The entire process, although filled with bureaucracy, was made much smoother by the expertise and efficiency of Jeremie.

Don't expect any "warm fuzzies", but nuts and bolts practical information and assistance, clear direction and prompt responses, all done super efficiently and at a very affordable rate.

Jeremie helped us pull together the insane amount of paperwork needed to apply for the visas and then led us through the process of obtaining our RUT Provisorio (a temporary number that allows you to purchase a car and/or land), our temporary visas, our tarjeta cedulas (the actual physical card with your permanent RUT that allows you to open bank accounts, get on a cell phone plan and almost anything else you need) and the unification of the two RUTs.

I have already recommended Jeremie's services to several people that want to move to Chile and will definitely continue to utilize his services for our future visa needs.

According to my experience, asking for a working visa in Chile is something really uneasy. Chilean immigration services are disorganized and they mistake often which can considerably lengthen the delay to get it. And there is no way to discuss with somebody able to explain you what's happening to your file.
