Expandi is great but recently my all of linkedin accounts get disconnected on Expandi

Quite useful tool overall, a bit too many changes in a short time. I had an issue with linkedin when thay banned the account for automation tools, but overall it worked ok expandi.

So far in our journey with Expandi - we see good value and we gave some feedback linked to our needs and the CEO / cofounder jumped on a remote meeting to support and listen to feedback customisation items and agreed to implement. We plan to use Expandi to automate this with our marketing engine and its going to save us a lot of time and effort and bring lots of value :)

User expirance on running campaigns is so terriable. I don't know how anyone uses this software.
- The interface is extramly confussion
- "Invite" links created a mess.
- Not good for multi users

Just terrible. Horrendously expensive. Takes forever to get a campaign started and then doesnt contact at a higher volume than I could do manually. Don't waste your money on this.

I tested Expandi.io and was deeply disappointed. I tried to cancel my trial and immediately got a message saying I had to wait 24 hours before I could delete my account. Despite this, $99 was charged – without me actually using the service.

The platform advertises itself as safe and user-friendly, but my experience was the complete opposite: unclear subscription terms, lack of transparency, and an unprofessional approach.

I will also share my experience on other platforms because this is not how you treat customers. For me, this is definitely not a service I can recommend.

Expandi is just terrible software. When I first started using it, I logged into my main LinkedIn profile, which was already many years old. Within just a few hours of connecting Expandi, my account was frozen, and to this day I still can’t restore access to it. But it gets worse: not only is my old profile no longer working, when I try creating new ones, they also get deactivated within a few hours. So, just like that, I trusted Expandi once and lost the ability to use LinkedIn altogether. Of course, there’s always the option to reach out to LinkedIn support, but believe me, I want to use an app without such serious problems that force me to spend months communicating with LinkedIn support trying to get my accounts unbanned. I strongly do not recommend using Expandi.

Be careful - your LinkedIn account can be disabled if it's brand new. I would only use this only If your account is over a month old.

My LinkedIn account got disabled but that was my fault because I used a brand new account. The support team was very helpful and they gave me a refund.

I've been using Expandi to grow my LinkedIn network, and it's made a big difference. I’ve connected with some valuable people and stay engaged by interacting with their posts and following up through messaging. The automation tools are straightforward and save me a lot of time. Whenever I’m unsure how to do something, the support team has been super responsive and helpful — very professional and quick to reply. Overall, it’s been a great tool for managing LinkedIn outreach more efficiently.

these scammers don't have an option to cancel the subscription in their dashboard, neither to delete the account.

they have sent too many invoice charge tries, it got my card blocked. They are not even reply on customer support. Shitty experience.

Don't use this service.

Dreadful software. Impossible to organise campaigns. Campaigns stop and pause for no reason. Leads that get revoked do not automatically get moved to other campaigns / get removed. Slow and laggy software. When you contact support it feels as if you are talking to a braindead AI bot. I'm looking for alternative options and can't wait to cancel my subscription.

Pas op met zaken doen Expandi, ik had een trail versie voor 1 gebruiker, na trail moest ik voor 3 gebruikers betalen! Geen fijne partij om mee samen te werken. Reactie was "Due to our terms & conditions, I cannot offer a refund for the last charge.

Be careful doing business Expandi, I had a trial version for 1 user, after the trial I had to pay for 3 users! Not a nice party to work with. The response was "Due to our general terms and conditions I can not refund the last amount.

Great automation tool, a lot of features and amazing team behind ready to support us anytime. Very impressed by their reply times and how professional they are.

I signed up for a trial with Expandi, hoping to test their monthly plan, but the product never worked as expected during the trial period. I canceled within the first 14 days, well before any billing for an annual plan should have occurred. Despite this, they charged me over $1,000 for an annual subscription without my consent. I reached out to their support team multiple times, asking for a refund, but they refused to return my money. The situation got so bad that I had to block them on my credit card to stop further charges. Their customer service was unhelpful, and I feel scammed. I strongly advise against using Expandi—do not give them your credit card information!

Awful platform. Constant issues with trying to send messages out. It seemed to constantly get blocked up. Add to this that it poses a real risk to your LinkedIn account, I do not recommend
