Be forthcoming with price information

Be forthcoming with price information, namely if you run an insta story on $19.95 philos and zoom to the pot price, then after, show another philo but at a higher price and not show the pot price, it may be more transparent to zoom to this plant’s pot price too.
Also, some of the bigger leaves on a few philos were sun/cold-damaged, so the price did not look so cheap in the end.

Hey Sofia apologies about the confusions. I thought we cleared this up the other day in store? One of the stories said “El Choco red under $20” and then the next, completely seperate instagram story said “more pink galaxy”. Neither of the stories said “philos for $19.95” the name and price of the specific plant was given. We specifically do this so we don’t run into these issues. We are extremely transparent with our prices as we have nothing to hide and we would never try to insinuate different pricing. We have the stories saved if you would like to see. We would love to be able to show prices of all plants we post but sometimes it’s not possible and we just want to show popular items back in store. We also have most items online or you can call the store to confirm prices if you need.

Unfortunately this time of year many plants will suffer from cold and transport damage we specialise in tropicals, many of which are only grown in QLD. When they travel on wrapped stillages for several days for over 2000km they do undergo some stresses and transport damage. Unfortunately our options are to deal with this minor damage or not stock the plants.

Fabulous experience as always

Fabulous experience as always. Enjoy walking into the store and seeing all the interesting Knick knacks, so enticing. Also appreciate their experience in all areas of taking care of my plant babies.

I purchased a garden accessory a wind ornament it is beautiful how he looks when the wind blows love the metal chrome colour wish I could add a photo how stunning it looks in my garden

Excellent Boxing Day sale

Excellent Boxing Day sale. At collection time I appreciated not being sold items that were not of good quality. But I drove 30min to collect my purchase. I would have appreciated some form of communication about the items not being available. I would have cancelled my order. As the other items I bought were small and not my priority
