AVOID!!! …
I enrolled in the Ticketing Principles & Amadeus Reservations (Airline, Travel and Eurostar) – Advanced Professional course, which was advertised at £287. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and I feel it is important to warn others.
The company states that login details will be provided within 24 hours. In my case, this did not happen—I had to chase them repeatedly and only received access after three days. Once logged in, there was no support or follow-up whatsoever. At no stage did anyone from the company check in to see if I was progressing or needed assistance.
The course itself was problematic. Several sections did not work correctly, and the system contained many errors. For example, correct answers were repeatedly marked as incorrect, only for the platform to then display the same answer as the “correct” one. These technical issues made it impossible to progress properly. When I contacted the creators of the training program, they referred me back to Exodus.
I sent multiple emails to Exodus regarding these issues—on 4th July, 11th July, 31st July, 10th August, and again today. Despite my persistence, I received no meaningful response. Eventually, I had no choice but to contact my bank to request a chargeback due to lack of service and communication. My bank has now advised me to escalate the matter to their fraud team.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid signing up with this company. The course is not as advertised, technical problems go unresolved, and communication from the provider is non-existent
