Quick , professional response to my concerns and problems. Exodus staff immediately provided suggestions to fix my issues, reduced my anxiety and facilitated my learning on your self-custody website. I feel much more confident now with sending & receiving crypto. The quick response to every email was impressive, and the friendly professional manner with helping me is commendable. Impressive Support
I contacted support due to a slight issue I had activating something with my account. Support really took ownership of the situation and solved the problem quickly. I was most pleasantly surprised by the action taken without requiring me to explain, and re-explain my situation multiple times. I received an email a day or two after my original contact to confirm that the issue was resolved. I checked my account and to my surprise it was! It has been a long time since I’ve been impressed with customer service from any organization. Exodus support was definitely impressive.
