The response time and accuracy in answering the request is important for me

I’m still learning my way around…
I’m still learning my way around Exodus. Support feedback is a little slow ( but I was warned of that upfront ). Maybe a few more warnings to users regarding risky/desperate trade ideas before executing a transaction. Maybe upgrade the user menus so that applications within Exodus are more easily findable.
