THIS WEBSITE IS ILLEGALLY SELLING MY PRODUCTS!!! I own Be Natural Organics (a Botanically Active organic skincare company) that sells directly to the consumer to ensure freshness. I will be contacting my attorney.

I placed an order Sunday the 12th. Their website says it could take 24-48 hours to ship. But it also said anything ordered after Friday afternoon would ship Monday. All things considered, worst case scenario, it should ship by Tuesday. It's Friday the 17th (5-days later) and I've not received an email saying its been shipped. I've called twice (two days ago and today), but they have recording. I left two messages and no one called back. I've sent 3 or 4 emails and they give me vague/ambiguous answers when they replied at all. For example, I sent an email and asked if my order was shipped (since it was 2-days past the 48-hours) and they replied "Your order has been updated to the following status: 2-Processing Shipment." I don't know that that means. I asked a yes or no question and this makes me think it is "processing" in a package on a desk in their office waiting for the mailman to come by. They give a 3-10 day shipping time via USPS. Getting here by Christmas looks too risky. I keep contacting them and finally, I get the truth: It's not even in stock. I did get a refund, but what if I did not keep pestering them? My son would not have gotten his video game--that's for certain. And since I wasted over 5-days with them, now it's gonna be hard to find a replacement in time; and who knows what I'll pay to get it... The lack of a modern website and the inefficient business practices makes me wonder if this guy or these people are ready for e-commerce. This could have been prevented with a modern website, or corrected with proper staffing and practices 5-days ago and I could have moved on without any inconvenience or frustration, thus they get one-star.

I would strongly advise you NOT to purchase any items from Exit 15 Corporation. I ordered two porch rail planters which turned out to be the wrong size which was my mistake. The package arrived poorly wrapped in clear plastic which was torn. I contacted the company to return them and they said that would be no problem and they would send me a prepaid return label to print out and attach to the package. I had to purchase 2 small cardboard moving boxes and combine them to mail it back. The purchase was made in NY but the return address was in CA. The USPS receipt linked to their return label stated Prepaid Mail. The package was received in CA BUT I received an email that they were sending it back to me then I would have to send it back to them using a different return label which made no sense. This is because the shipping ended up costing $87.60 for 2 items that cost $90.00 to begin with! It is obvious that they did not want to accept that charge. So, it was mailed back to me and I had to pay $87.60 to the USPS. Now I am out $177.60 and still have 2 planters that I don't want. I contacted them again and threatened to report them to the BBB in both NY and CA and they did eventually refund the $90.00. I am still going to report them to the BBB in both NY and CA for their return shipment label policy.

Barly worth one star. Ordered from them paid then they claim the item is out of stock. KNOW YOUR INVENTORY!!!

I ordered a crape myrtle plant. I paid $78, expecting to receive an established tree.

I got a stick. Well, a stick in a pot. Oh, they tossed in a free stick, completely unrelated, and in a color I really don't know what to do with.

But, it's a stick. I'm embarrassed to even think about planting this out by the road!!!

They answered my emails same day. The item was shipped and received within 2 weeks. Works perfectly

I ordered from them, and willingly paid 30% more than I could've gotten exact same product from Amazon. I did this thinking I was helping a small business, I detest Amazon. Order shows up a day late and it was shipped from Amazon. Screw me once, there will be NO shame on me.

I got what I ordered in a timely fashion, but it’s all from Amazon. This company literally uses Amazon as their wholesaler and upcharges you on it. I went out of my way to NOT buy this item from Amazon and was really frustrated to see that it came straight from Amazon.

I had no problem with this company. They keep you undated on shipping, received item in just a few days. very satisfied would buy from them again

The customer service at this company is horrible! I ordered the morel mushroom grow habitat. They sent me the spores no instructions and other crucial components missing. I've emailed them and have called several times it is 10 days and I still not heard from them I would not suggest buying anything from this company

Worst company to deal with I am warning you do not use this company I had ordered something online the tracking numbers that they gave me did not even match no one could find my packages the kept extending a delivery date three times the last time they said I could get a refund if it didn't come still the package didn't come so I contacted them to get a refund they said that it's going to come once again it is in transit with a tracking number that nobody knows where it is still waiting on a package horrible horrible customer service

Scam company the same thing happened to me waited 2months for an item I told them weeks before I wanted to cancel it they kept telling me it had already been shipped then it arrive via Amazon with a receipt for half the price of what I paid

I ordered Mod Podge from exit 15 through PayPal. My order was never confirmed. Several days later the product I ordered arrived via Amazon. The receipt from Amazon was for almost half of what exit 15 charged me. Still no email from exit 15 about this order. Unreliable company. Wouldn’t use them again. They really overcharged me.

I never received my order, even though i was always calling them. So I disputed my charge and my Credit card credited my account

Bought blood pressure cuff. Came from amazon with the receipt in the envelope with the listed price $10 cheaper than Exit 15 sold it for. Contacted them and never received a reply. Don't do business with this shady company.

I ordered some lice preventing head bands for my five year old daughter in the beginning of September 2019. Itis now September 27 and I have not received anything. I've emailed them with no response. What gives?

Simple I ordered a product online. I was skeptical about the company from reading reviews but to my surprise they processed my order quickly and my package was delivered in less than 48 hours.

I order a solar water bowl in October. in preparation for the winter. it is now December and I have not received it. They took my money fast enough, but never sent me my product.

I hope someone from the company responds, or at least returns my money. What a scam!!!!
I have sent emails, I have tried to track my order, but I get no where.

I purchase from this place they described the item very well and explain everything, basically they sold it to me by great advertisement.
When I received the bug spray. the packing was from usps it was three bottles just lose in the box, one of the deal was open, the labels were coming off the bottles (very cheap) no instructions as advertised and it looks like exit 15 corporation had purchased them from another store Q based solutions at a cheaper price and they used a coupon to get a discount. I paid almost 60 bucks and they paid 31.67 what a rip off it really pisses me off and I'm taking my time to write this review so others don't experience the same thing.
