Let Themselves Down ...
I ordered a couple of items from these guys last week, based on their very good prices. On the plus side, the items arrived ahead of schedule, with nothing missing or substituted. On the downside, the poor packaging meant one of the items was very tatty, and their communication is disappointing, with no dispatch email received, no one answering the phone and no call-back in response to a message left. I'm on the fence about using them again.

Hello, the good were delivered next working day, apologies if the packaging was on one item was damaged in transit. If the goods themselves were damaged please let us know. If you need to contact us please use email. We always reply to emails, even when we are too busy to answer the phones.
