Unreliable company! Poor booking service!

Unreliable company that charges a fortune per hour, takes on too much work and doesn't turn up. Twice now they havent arrived when I have been told. They don't even let you know very early. I was in from 1pm on Thursday and it was mid afternoon when he told me they weren't coming too much work on. Then this morning I was told 8 - 10.30am and now at 11.15 they tell me it was book for before 12pm which wasn't what they said. He is now running late and it could be well after that time. I have cancelled them and hope that they stop taking on more work than they can cope with. Very poor customer service!! Would not recommend.
