Let down

When ordering i was promised delivery for Monday. Delivery did not happen on Monday, and then later I was told delivery would be Tuesday.

I had arranged for the floor to be fitted on Monday, which I paid for, and then I had to pay for Tuesday as well.

The service has sadly been a let down.

awful customer service

customer service is non-existent

trying to get a refund on some unused flooring, no reply to emails and webchat. tried to phone about 15-20 times, eventually got through to some guy who promised to phone back later but never did. they'll just ignore you and hope you go away.

Carpet and laminate fitting

Absolutely great workmanship and attention to detail. They did my whole flooring with carpets upstairs and laminate ground floor. They finished the whole job in 2 days, arrived and finished on the promised days. Worked clean and very neat. Also great price. Strongly recommend them!

Vey professional

Great company, very professional and always kept me up to date. Yhe team arrived promptly and was finished my carpet runner within an hour. Lovely team and worked very tidy. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent work by Hasan and colleague

Excellent work by Hasan and colleague. They fitted Lino flooring and repaired the broken floorboards too. They were very thorough and efficient and communicated throughout. Would happily have them back in the future.

Carpet fitting stairs landing

Hasan and his colleague did an excellent job fitting underlay and carpet on my stairs and landing. They were both very hardworking reliable and courteous. They did a very good job and I am very pleased with the results.
They tidied up extremely well and took away all the rubbish ( including the old carpet)

It was a great experience

It was a great experience! They really cared about my home and furnitures. I highly recommend it! Exen flooring will be my first choice if will ever need again.
